Testimonials

I am a Los Angeles CA USA based retired obstetrician-gynecologist. I have suffered from chronic prostatitis, benign prostatic hypertrophy, and, on occasion, urinary tract infections  for some time. My prostate specific antigen (PSA) level has fluctuated, with elevations occurring with active urinary tract infections. My uroflowmetry (speed of emptying the bladder) studies have shown adequate force of the urinary stream. Residual post-void urinary bladder volume (amount of urine remaining in the bladder after emptying the bladder) has been slightly elevated.  Antibiotic medication has helped to control my symptoms, and prostate massage has helped me as well. Prostate massage helps drain fluid from the prostate gland. When combined with deep down-regulating breathing giving voice to the long exhale, prostate massage not only relieves congestion in the prostate gland, but also leads to a profound state of relaxation and meditation, with lowering of the blood pressure as well. I recommend prostate massage because of these multiple benefits.
